Low beam pattern
High beam pattern
Our sophisticated LED module incorporates high quality LED chips positioned at optimal angles, the result, precise light ray distribution and a CRI of up to 91% Ra
Blinding other motorists isn’t cool, so we designed our LED module cover to prevent undue glare to oncoming drivers. It also includes our optical axis aiming mark to ensure you can properly and easily align your lights.
To provide the best light output we incorporated four separate OE automotive grade LEDs chips, two for the low beam and two for the high beam. These chips are available in your color choice of 3,000K to match a classic Halogen light or 5,800K for a more modern white light.
A pretty design is great, but not if it falls apart under load. To make sure that doesn’t happen we’ve incorporated four mounting points for our LED module & light shield to make sure our lights hold up to the toughest road vibrations.
Our housing is made from solid aluminum, ensures superior thermal conductivity, and was carefully designed to prevent optical degradation due to temperature gradients.
What’s worse than looking at a foggy light? That’s easy, driving with a foggy light. That’s why we added a semi-permeable seal, made from a mono-direction waterproof material. It allows air and water vapor to exit the light, but not come in.
Electrical connections are important. Copper terminals were too soft and failed our vibrational development tests, so we made ours from corrosion resistant stainless steel. No cheap zinc plated terminals here!
It took extensive thermal analysis, but we were able to integrate our electronics directly into our LED module. In addition, we made it a non-polarity circuit so it works with all vehicles. No rewiring and no external driver or pigtail to have to deal with!
Proper fitment is everything, that’s why attention to even the smallest details are important. We precisely designed our alignment tabs with that in mind and slightly tapered them to ensure proper fitment and alignment in all headlight housing assemblies.
LED junction and driver temperature is paramount, so we utilize passive cooling technology with a thermal heat tube, a robust heat sink, and strategically placed thermal pastes to keep our electronics running cool for a lifetime. No noise and no need for moving components like fans that can fail.
We achieved enhanced focus with our quad beam parabolic multi-faceted reflector design coated with 99.9% pure aluminum. Our patent pending design creates an optimal low beam and exceptional high beam illumination pattern.
Water is the enemy of any electronic component, and as we all know water gets everywhere. So we designed the rear of our housing to be 100% watertight as well. Just more attention to detail we think our customers deserve.
Redundancy is key to any great design, so we included a dual lip seal between our glass lens and aluminum housing. Coupled with our OEM grade sealant the result is a lifetime watertight seal.
An absolute must for any classic, our distinct OE styled fully fluted polycarbonite acrylic lens coupled with our stylish logo keeps your ride looking 99% original, and best of all, the lens has an OEM hard coating applied to it to help prevent yellow or crack like cheap plastic.
Proper markings are everything when it comes to an inspection. That’s why we clearly label our lens and rear LED driver housing with all the relevant information needed, such as beam pattern, light source type, and other relevant information.
